195: Blackcurrant Cheesecake

Introduction

My aim is to publish a photo here every day for the entire year of 2010. Every photo is shot and posted on the same day, barring lack of web access. It's usually the best of several, or the most interesting, but it won't necessarily meet both these criteria.
Any film scans will be of what is developed on the day, as I get though rolls somewhat slowly. I think that's fair enough.
I also try to explain adequately how I take the photos; and what particular equipment and extra bits and pieces I use to achieve certain results.

I take all my photos with a Pentax K10D, unless otherwise stated.
